Stringer Pallet

1- Notch / Fork Opening
An opening on the lower surface of the stringers that allows the forks of lifting equipment to enter.
2- Chamfer
A beveled edge machined on one or both sides of a deck board to facilitate the entry of pallet jack wheels.
3- Deck Board Spacing
The distance between two adjacent deck boards.
4- Overall Height
The vertical distance between the top surface of the upper deck and the bottom surface of the lower deck.
5- Stringer
The horizontal wooden component to which the deck boards are nailed. Stringers separate the top and bottom decks and create the necessary clearance for forklifts and pallet jacks.

Block Pallet
